  • Represented an intervenor group opposing the $800 million  Grassy Mountain coal mine project in the Crowsnest Pass area before a federal and provincial Joint Review Panel
  • Lead counsel in a complex contested commercial matter successfully argued before the Alberta Court of Appeal (Terrigno v. Litzius, 2019 ABCA 100)
  • Associate counsel in a complex commercial matter involving the review of $2.85 million of a national law firm’s accounts (Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP v Baker Hughes Canada Company, 2019 ABQB 233)
  • Advises clients in formal and informal dispute resolution including: mediations, arbitrations and Judicial Dispute Resolutions (JDRs)
  • Advises clients in all matters of Commercial Litigation
  • Advises clients in matter of Domestic and Matrimonial Law, including issues of property division and support
  • Extensive experience in the review and drafting of Domestic Agreements, including Separation Agreements, Pre/Post-Nuptial Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements
