Before moving to Calgary in 2020, Tolu practiced law for seven years in Lagos, Nigeria at national law firms, where he gained transferable experience in both trial and appellate advocacy as well as transaction work. Tolu’s experience includes representation in contractual oil and gas disputes (especially arbitration), secured credit and security enforcement litigation, corporate oppression suits, contested corporate dissolution and regulatory work in large banking and commercial transactions.
