Michael is an experienced litigator with a practice focused on civil and commercial litigation, construction law, and regulatory matters. He has appeared before all levels of the Alberta courts, including the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and the Alberta Court of Appeal. He has also appeared before the Alberta Securities Commission in regulatory proceedings and has acted in adjudication matters under the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act. Michael brings a practical, results-oriented approach to dispute resolution and is skilled in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial strategy and interlocutory applications through to trial and appeal.
