Given our growing client demands, we are currently seeking a motivated Mid-Level Associate to join our team of experts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an energetic team in all areas of commercial real estate and banking, including commercial leasing, financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and land development. Our client-base ranges from entrepreneurs to sophisticated legal entities, and we work with purchasers, sellers, developers, builders, investors, landlords, tenants, retailers, real estate professionals or financial institutions who appreciate sound legal advice and expertise.
We offer dedicated mentorship at both the Partner and Associate levels, as well as a team comprised of Junior Associates and Articling Students to support your practice. We are looking for
- A lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience working in private practice in Canada on a broad range of real estate and finance centered matters.
- A law degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, superior analytical and organizational ability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must also be motivated to deliver exceptional legal work in a team environment.
