Carscallen LLP is pleased to welcome Brian Wells to the firm as a senior associate.  Brian was called to the bar in 2013 and previously worked as a corporate, commercial and M&A associate with two national law firms in Calgary. He received his law degree from the University of Windsor and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, with Distinction, from the University of Athabasca, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Calgary. 

Brian has a broad corporate, commercial and M&A practice, with transactional experience in both domestic and international private M&A transactions. He advises individuals, businesses and other entities on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
