The Position
An exciting opportunity exists with Carscallen LLP for a senior HR advisor. This role will be key in advancing people services and culture at Carscallen with a blend of hands-on administration of human resources programs, processes and procedures and coordination of staff resources. With ample opportunity to use your talent and experience to elevate the Carscallen work experience and client service, you will be a key member of the Operations Team and work with and provide support to members of the firm’s Management Team.
The successful candidate should have the following
At least 8+ years of HR generalist experience, and well-developed consulting skills are required. HR experience in a law or professional services firm would be ideal.
